Lifetime Warranty

Here at Dogwood, we stand behind our work ~  All of our 14k Gold or Platinum jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defect for the lifetime of the piece. If you experience damage as result of a design or fabrication error, we will repair or replace your original at no charge. **This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglecting routine maintenance. Any modification, repair, or resizing by another jeweler voids the warranty.

Complimentary Services: 

• Lifetime prong-checks, cleaning, and adjustments.

• One ring resizing within first 12 months of receipt

• Free accent stone replacement for melee up to 3mm (0.10ct) within first 12 months of receipt (center stone excluded)​

Care & Maintenance:

Like any Objet d'art, a little extra care goes a long way ~  Your ring has been thoughtfully designed with longevity in mind, but it's important to recognize its limitations. We recommend that you remove your ring while exercising, cleaning, or handling heavy objects to prevent unnecessary strain.

Preventative measures are key...  
We recommend having your ring checked annually to help identify loose stones or worn prongs. A standard prong check can be performed by a local jeweler (this will not void the warranty unless your ring is taken in for additional servicing), Otherwise, you can send us an email to arrange your complimentary prong check and cleaning. Should you notice anything unusual between prong checks, please contact us as soon as possible for further assistance. We are committed to our craftsmanship, so you can rest assured that we will always care for your Dogwood jewelry whenever it needs some love.

Cleaning & Storage:

To keep your ring sparkling ~  Mix warm water and a drop of degreasing dish soap in a small bowl. Let your ring soak for at least 1 hour, then gently scrub underneath your diamond with a soft, clean toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly under warm water (with the sink drain closed) and dry immediately. Avoid exposing your jewelry to moisturizers, sunscreen, perfume and household cleaners.  When your ring is off-duty, keep it safe in a softly lined box or ring tray.

Repairs:

Things happen, and sometimes repairs are called for ~ To initiate a repair; please email us at dogwoodjewelers@gmail.com with photos & description of the damage. We will review the details and follow up with the next steps.  If the damage was caused by a manufacturer's defect, the repair will be free of charge. Otherwise, a repair quote will provided.
